At Fairlie Healthcare, we are seeking an exceptional Therapist Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our registered physiotherapists in providing high-quality clinical services to our patients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist registered physiotherapists in the provision of clinical services, including patient assessments, treatment plans, and goal setting.
  • Support patients in achieving their maximum level of physical, cognitive, psychological, and social independence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from various disciplines to provide a comprehensive and coordinated care approach.
  • Adhere to professional standards and guidelines, including those set by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Stay up-to-date with research and evidence-based practices, implementing changes as requested by registered physiotherapists.


Requirements:

  • Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Previous experience or qualification in a related field (qualified PT if not yet HCPC registered).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
