About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Therapist Assistant to join our team at Fairlie Healthcare Group. As a Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our therapists in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist therapists in the provision of a high-quality clinical service, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
  • Support patients in achieving their physical, cognitive, psychological, and social independence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from various disciplines to provide a multidisciplinary intervention.
  • Adhere to professional standards, including those set by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Implement evidence-based practice and research findings as introduced by registered physiotherapists.
Requirements
  • Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Previous experience or qualification in physiotherapy (HCPC registered or qualified PT).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
