About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our At Home Team in Sutton Health and Care. The successful candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC. They will be responsible for delivering skilled occupational therapy services across the team, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and other professionals to assist in the development of good working relationships with statutory, voluntary and independent organisations and agencies.

Main Responsibilities

  • To deliver skilled occupational therapy services across the team.
  • To participate in developing and monitoring the service.
  • To work closely with multidisciplinary teams and other professionals.
