About the Role

Rapid Recruitment Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in our organisation, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the software and hardware industry, and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, providing accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your extensive network and industry connections.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the software or hardware industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
