GSL Education is recruiting a PMLD Support Assistant to work with students who require additional support due to their Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). This role involves providing one-to-one and small group support to students, assisting with personal care needs, and working collaboratively with the teaching team to create a nurturing learning environment.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • The ability to provide personal care and physical support to students, adapting to their individual needs.
  • A compassionate and patient approach, responding to the emotional and behavioral challenges faced by students with PMLD.
Salary and Benefits
