**Job Title:** Special Educational Needs Support Professional
**About the Role**We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Special Educational Needs Support Professional. As a key member of our staff, you will provide critical support to students with various special educational needs, including Autism and ADHD.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to support students with special educational needs
- Liaise closely with teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver tailored interventions and strategies
