We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Support Professional to join our team at a welcoming primary school in Dover. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for children with special educational needs.

Key responsibilities include providing one-to-one and small group support under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO, assisting with planning and implementing tailored learning activities, and monitoring students' progress. If you have a genuine passion for working with primary-aged children and helping them succeed, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements for this position include experience working with children within an SEN setting, patience, resilience, and a caring approach towards supporting students' educational and emotional needs. Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and experience with students on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, or with other learning challenges is advantageous.
