Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide expert support to a Year 2 student with autism in a Tower Hamlets primary school. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering the student's independence and confidence. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the student in accessing the curriculum, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
- Implement the student's IEP, collaborating closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure effective support.
- Foster a safe and supportive learning environment, promoting the student's social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working with children with autism or SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid and up-to-date DBS check
Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
