About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Suzy Lamplugh Trust as a Policy and Campaigns Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our response to stalking and personal safety.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on our policy and campaign work relating to stalking, ensuring that victims of stalking have their voices heard and receive effective and appropriate responses.

You will also lead on our broader harassment, online harms, and workplace safety policy and campaigns agenda, working on multiple, diverse, and fast-paced projects in a committed and expert team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing policy and campaign strategies to reduce the risk and prevalence of stalking and harassment
  • Providing line management to the Social Media and Engagement Officer
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the Violence Against Women and Girls' (VAWG) sector, the criminal justice system, and both statutory and non-statutory services
  • Supporting the development of education and training programs to raise awareness about stalking and harassment
