Office Manager and HR Generalist

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join Reqiva, a leading technology company in the Financial technology space with a global presence and an expanding team.
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and managing day-to-day operations?
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable HR and Office Manager to support our growing office and work closely with a range of team members.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support to the team and acting as an executive assistant to management.
You will also be responsible for handling HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinating travel arrangements and organizing large events
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Developing and implementing processes to improve office efficiency and productivity
This is a challenging and varied role that requires a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in office management and HR, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
