Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Band 7 Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our Medical HSEP (Health Services for Elderly People) therapy team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and work closely with the Clinical Lead and other team members to deliver high-quality care to older patients and those living with frailty and dementia.
Main Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced assessment and discharge planning for patients with complex and chronic conditions, interpreting and analysing clinical and non-clinical data to form accurate diagnoses and prognoses, and developing comprehensive management and treatment plans. They will also be involved in the strategic planning and policy development for the Medical HSEP service and deputise for the Clinical Lead where necessary.
