Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Helping Hands. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the delivery of a high-quality care service, ensuring that an exceptional and consistent service is offered to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer and carer queries and action effectively and efficiently
  • Provide Managers with up-to-date information on carer availability, contact information and support with queries
  • Manage and maintain customer and carer files
  • Schedule placements for carers ensuring customers and carers are effectively matched
  • Support live in carers in their day to day roles
  • Liaise with New customers to ensure all their needs are met

Requirements:

  • Experience of customer care, handling complaints and problem solving
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and IT literate in several database systems
