Sales Executive Role
KONE is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our Northern sales team.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of small to medium-sized elevator repairs, developing existing and new customer relationships, and proactively engaging with customers to identify aging units and create demand for modernizing elevators.
You will also be accountable for agreed business objectives, sales budget, and pricing targets in the designated market area, as well as collaborating with the KONE team to improve customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing existing portfolio for small to medium sized repairs.
- Development of existing and new customer relationships.
- Proactive engagement with customers, identification of aging units creating customer demand for modernising their elevators.
- Early engagement supporting customers with life cycle budgets.
- Accountability over agreed business objectives, sales budget, and pricing targets in the designated market area.
- Collaboration with the rest of KONE team to improve customer satisfaction.
- Timely and accurate reporting of sales and customer data.
Required skills and experience include:
- Systematic solution selling approach to selling.
- Customer centric mindset - Desire to understand what creates value to our customers and courage to experiment and embrace innovative thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills to gain access and work with the right external and internal networks.
- Previous experience and results in Sales and customer relationship management.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms.
- Good IT skills, CRM (Salesforce).
