Job Title: Community Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Early Intervention in Psychosis service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals experiencing a First Episode of Psychosis.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, offering an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner to develop their skills and positively contribute to the already strong complement of nurses within the team. You will be responsible for the delivery of specialist assessments and evidence-based mental health interventions associated with the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to individuals experiencing a First Episode of Psychosis
  • Conduct specialist assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to service users and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
