About the Role

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team in St Helens, Merseyside. As a skilled Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in the continuous delivery of care to service users, managing a caseload of care packages and understanding the varied nature and fast-pace of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage rotas for care teams, respond efficiently to any day-to-day changes, and act as the first point of contact for service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Apply communication and relationship building skills to effectively manage care delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Support the out-of-hours on-call service, working on a rotational basis to provide 24/7 coverage.
  • Travel across the Merseyside region, utilizing a vehicle and holding a valid driving license.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary between £29,460 - £35,460 per annum, including payment for overtime and the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £2,000 per annum.
  • 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, and an extra day off on your birthday.
  • A bonus scheme, loyalty reward programs at 3 and 5 years, refer-a-friend scheme, workplace pension, and paid DBS.
  • No requirement to provide hands-on care, allowing you to focus on coordination and management.
