Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying invoices and check requests, sorting, coding, and entering invoices into the accounting system, preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments, reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies, overseeing Staff Expenses, Credit Cards and TravelPerk reconciliations into the Accounts System, assisting with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, maintaining accurate records and files for all accounts payable transactions, responding to vendor inquiries in a timely manner, collaborating with the operations team to ensure efficient processing of invoices and payments, and assisting with audits by providing documentation and support as needed.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
