As a member of our Global Professional Services NA Enterprise team, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure all aspects of a proposal are addressed. You will educate merchants on implementing optimal integration strategies, techniques, and user experience best practices. You will utilize Salesforce to track and manage merchant sales opportunities, and prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.

Our team is responsible for the technical solution discovery and design of PayPal's suite of payment and platform capabilities with large enterprise-level merchants across web and mobile applications, 3rd party vendor platforms, and point-of-sale systems. We value innovation, collaboration, and wellness, and believe that having access to financial services creates opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all aspects of a proposal are addressed.
  • Educate merchants on implementing optimal integration strategies, techniques, and user experience best practices.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and manage merchant sales opportunities.
  • Prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Web and Mobile development technologies (iOS, Android) is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, when necessary.

Highly Desired (Preferred Experience):

  • Experience with Payments (Credit Card, Banking, Online, Offline), especially with ecommerce systems, point of sale, payments gateways, and payment processors is highly valued.
