The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out functional assessments, identifying necessary equipment and adaptations, and making submissions to the majors panel for adaptations. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for your clients. A competitive salary of £37 per hour has been offered for this position, reflecting the importance of the role within our organisation.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the HCPC
  • Experience in assessing children and young people for Complex Equipment, major adaptations or moving and handling
