**About the Opportunity**

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Community Children's Therapy Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to children and young people with disabilities or complex health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • To assess the needs of disabled children/young people and develop intervention plans to reduce the impact of disability and ill health.
  • Work collaboratively with employees from Tameside MBC, Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, and other agencies to provide professional advice on disability equipment, adaptations, and manual handling.
  • Provide specialist occupational therapy services for children/young people with disabilities or complex health needs.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training opportunities, free onsite parking, and a weekly payment guarantee.
