**Speech Therapist for Children with Special Needs
**Location:** Sutton, UK
**Salary:** £34,000 - £40,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Pure Healthcare Group is committed to providing high-quality education and therapy to children with special educational needs. We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team and support the development of essential communication skills in our students.
**Role Overview:
As a Speech Therapist, you will work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals to deliver an integrated support plan for each student. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication difficulties in students, developing and implementing tailored therapy plans to address these issues.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language difficulties
- Deliver individualised therapy sessions to students, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a holistic approach to each student's learning and development
**Requirements:
- Strong understanding of evidence-based interventions and strategies for speech therapy in a special needs setting
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
- Flexible and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to contribute to the wider school community
