International Trading Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an International Trading Support specialist. This role will involve working with SAP and iTIMS systems to manage sales and purchase orders, coordinate international deliveries, and ensure compliance with trading regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales and purchase orders using SAP and iTIMS systems
  • Coordinate international deliveries and ensure compliance with trading regulations and procedures
  • Issue accurate shipping and customs documentation, and maintain customer and shipping files
  • Issue invoices and receive funds, chasing outstanding accounts receivable
  • Work with Letters of Credit and Performance Bonds
  • Manage enquiries and liaise with customers and overseas offices
  • Interact with internal corporate departments for processing internal applications
  • Perform periodical accounting closures and month-end accruals
  • Close iTIMS transactions for SCM sites and conduct physical inventory checks
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience using SAP
  • International trade transaction skills, including INCOTERMS, Letters of Credit, and customs clearance
  • Experience in administering international trade, including commercial terms, export documentation, VAT, and foreign exchange
  • Experience in arranging international logistics
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships with customers and suppliers
