We are seeking a highly skilled International Trading Support professional to join our team at People First. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for providing expert support in international trade transactions, including sales and purchase order completion, international delivery coordination, and trade documentation management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input and manage sales and purchase orders in SAP and iTIMS systems
  • Coordinate international deliveries in compliance with trading regulations and procedures
  • Issue accurate shipping and customs documentation, and maintain customer and shipping files
  • Process invoices and manage accounts receivable
  • Work with Letters of Credit and Performance Bonds
Additional Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers and overseas offices to respond to enquiries, send offers, and receive purchase orders
  • Interact with internal corporate departments to process internal applications
Requirements
  • Extensive experience using SAP
  • International trade transaction skills, including INCOTERMS, Letters of Credit, and customs clearance
  • Experience in administering international trade, including commercial terms, export documentation, and VAT
  • Experience in arranging international logistics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
