As a Salon Training Professional with the Learning Curve Group, you will have the opportunity to deliver and assess our courses for apprentices, adult learners, and study programme learners. You will be working alongside our robust training programmes to ensure that our learners receive the highest quality education and skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This role requires flexibility regarding working days and hours, as we may need to accommodate new cohorts and timetable adjustments at the academy.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of GCSE Grade C in Maths & English or equivalent, as well as a minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification. Recognised Teaching & Assessing qualifications at Level 3 (or be working towards these) are also essential. Industry experience in Beauty Therapy is required, and experience of working within the education/training sector is desirable.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering training programmes that meet the requirements of the Education Inspection Framework standards. You will also support employers in understanding their responsibility relating to on and off-the-job training where applicable for apprenticeship learners. Additionally, you will participate in LCG quality assurance activities, manage learner feedback, and contribute to the commercial income of the academy salon.
