Inclusion Service Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to lead our Inclusion Service and develop universal, targeted, and specialist support across our academies. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of how to meet the needs of children with Special Educational Needs and a commitment to inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inclusive practices across our academies
- Lead the development of staff CPD packages and training programs
- Provide specific support for individual pupils
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective inclusion strategies
Requirements
- Experience in Speech and Language Therapy and leadership
- High expectations of achievement, attainment, and behaviour
- Excellent leadership skills, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues
- A commitment to supporting and developing the learning of pupils with SEND
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
