About the Role

The Harmony Trust is seeking a dedicated and skilled teacher to join our Inclusion Service team as an Inclusion Hub Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and a commitment to supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality education and care for students.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching within our Inclusion Hubs, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting pupils with SEN. They will have strong knowledge of how to meet the needs of children with SEN and be committed to inclusion, ensuring our staff, pupils, and families meet their potential. The post holder will have the opportunity to influence and shape practice across our Derby Hub and wider across the Trust.
