As one of our skilled makeup artists/sales professionals, you will combine your creative expertise and passion for beauty to create an exceptional customer experience while selling our market-leading products across makeup and skincare.

With a focus on people, our company, and products, you will ensure that each customer has a personalized and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights them.

You will also work collaboratively with our high-performing team to create impactful in-store events and maintain our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive industry salary £18,500 - £20,000 per annum

About You:

A qualification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail makeup experience is not essential, as we can invest in your development and artistry skillset.

You will have:

• Passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service

• An approachable and friendly personality

• Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs

• Flexible availability across days/hours
