We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Rotating On-Call Employee Fitness Screening Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting fitness for duty screenings and coordinating with leaders to ensure a smooth process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial intake calls from leaders regarding employee fitness for duty concerns
- Prepare and follow up with necessary documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for on-site sample collection
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources or healthcare role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Salary: $21.98 - $33.48 per hour
