Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the young people in our care.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement care plans and records.
  • Support the Service Manager in ensuring effective day-to-day management of the residential home.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker who can lead a team and provide therapeutic care and support. The ideal candidate will have experience in child-centred, therapeutic models and a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare.
