About the Role

As a Residential Childcare Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children with complex needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to promote positive development, leading a life of growth and recovery. Key responsibilities include day-to-day management, supporting the Service Manager in delivering high-quality care, and recording events and observations.

Lead a team alongside other professionals to provide therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child, acting as a positive role model to colleagues and children. This role requires flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins in caring for the children.
