Senior Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at one of our residential homes in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to creating a supportive and enabling environment for young people.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in residential childcare, working with a dedicated team to make every day extraordinary for the children we care for. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People and a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary package, including £30,580.64 per year (based on 39 hours per week) and enhancements for qualifications and experience. You will also benefit from a fully funded training program, employee benefits, and opportunities for career progression.
