Care Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are maintained in our care homes. This will involve providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and the NMC code of practice. You will also need to have a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. We are looking for someone with brilliant, positive energy and the ability to get along with people. You will be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. You will also be considerate and kind in your communication with residents and colleagues.
