Care Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are delivered to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
- Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
- Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues
- Work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of residents
