About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and the NMC code of practice. You will also need to have a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. We are looking for someone with brilliant, positive energy and the ability to get along with people. You will be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records.
