Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join our team in Organisational Development within Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with subject matter experts to update and enhance the content of our learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain a range of generic learning programs, including induction, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer care
  • Develop e-learning content and materials
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Display initiative and enthusiasm for learning and development, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to various audiences
  • Plan and organize training events, workshops, and courses
  • Utilize Microsoft software to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
  • Collaborate with local colleges and universities to explore opportunities for collaboration and specialized training programs
Requirements
  • Experience in designing and developing MS Teams
  • Previous experience in using learnPro LAB Advanced or Articulate software
  • Good understanding of the training cycle and knowledge of different learning methods
