We are seeking a skilled Dietary Care Provider to join our team at Completely Care. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving nutritious meals to our residents in the Newport area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Proven ability to cook for large volumes of people.
- Valid Level 2 food hygiene certification.
