Bluebird Care is a leading provider of home care services, and we're seeking a skilled Personal Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care services to our customers in the comfort of their own homes.
Your compassionate nature, patience, and ability to work independently will enable you to excel in this position. You will be responsible for providing personal care duties, administering medication, and promoting customer health and well-being. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with our team will be essential in achieving our goals.
We prioritize building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their requirements, and working together to achieve their goals. Our competitive salary package includes £14.25 per hour on weekends, increasing higher on bank holidays, along with a 20p mileage allowance, 28 days holiday pro rata, and a pension scheme. We offer flexible working arrangements, smartphone technology, and free uniform for added convenience.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a valid UK driving license, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK. You will receive comprehensive training and development to ensure your success in this role.
