About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care duties, administering medication, and promoting customer health and well-being. You will work closely with our customers and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to our customers in their own homes.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Administer medication as required.
  • Promote customer health and well-being through education and support.

Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a car.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • An excellent level of English.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.20 per hour, increasing to £13.20 on weekends and £24.40 on bank holidays. Additionally, you will receive 45p mileage allowance, 28 days' holiday pro rata, and a range of other benefits.
