Job Description:
As a therapeutic care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. Your primary goal will be to promote independence, encourage participation in activities, and maintain accurate records of individual's progress and well-being.

- Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities">
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation">
- Facilitate engagement in activities and promote independence">
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans">
- Maintain accurate records of individual's progress and well-being">
Requirements:

- At least 12 months experience working in social care or healthcare">
- Knowledge of adult safeguarding policies and procedures">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
- Current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one">
- Right to work in the UK">
