Job Description:
- Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
- Support residents with their nutritional needs, prepare meals, and help them stay hydrated.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Demonstrated experience in caring for older adults, preferably in a residential setting.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
