About the Service

This service provides supported living services to adults aged 18 and upwards with various needs, including learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments.

You will be working in a team environment, assisting residents through a care pathway to help them achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic care and support to adults with complex needs
  • Observe, monitor, and record patient conditions with dignity and compassion
  • Support residents in achieving their goals and promoting independence

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in social care
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities
