About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Frontline Client Relationship Specialist to join our team in the City of London. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional service.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients through regular communication and face-to-face meetings;
  • Understanding client requirements and preferences to deliver bespoke services that meet their needs;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree due to graduate in 2027;
  • A minimum of a 2:1 in the UK or equivalent academic achievement;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent English language skills (C2 level);
  • Experience in a commercial or business environment is desirable but not essential.

Compensation

Your total compensation package includes:

  • A basic salary of £25,000 per annum;
