About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team at Certas Energy UK Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximising commercial sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance to inform business decisions and drive improvement
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of self-motivation and time management
  • Results-driven and target-oriented
