Job Title: Customer Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team at Certas Energy UK Ltd.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximising commercial sales opportunities and customer experience, using a combination of consultative selling, strong account management, up/cross-selling, and new customer acquisition.

You will need to use a combination of account management and negotiation skills to increase margin across your customer portfolio.

Working in a quality-focussed environment where we strive to exceed customer expectations by team-working, professional interaction, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills.
  • Confidence in own ability and high degree of self-motivation.
  • Ability to work with autonomy and resilience.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
