Youth Support Coordinator

Cpl UK - Healthcare is looking for an experienced Residential Manager to join our team. As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated care team to provide high-quality support for young people with complex emotional needs. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the home, including operations, compliance with Ofsted standards, and regulatory requirements. Your leadership skills will be crucial in recruiting, supervising, and mentoring staff to ensure they are well-supported and motivated to provide outstanding care. Additionally, you will develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the emotional, educational, and social needs of the children.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dedicated care team to provide high-quality support for young people with complex emotional needs
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, including operations, compliance with Ofsted standards, and regulatory requirements

What We Offer:
