About the Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Youth Development Officer to join our team in North East Lincolnshire Council's Children's Services.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with young people, families, and other professionals to provide high-quality support and make a lasting difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver programs that promote positive outcomes for young people.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to young people and families on various youth-related matters.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • A degree in Youth Studies or a related field.
  • Significant experience working with young people and families in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits

You can expect a competitive salary of up to £47,754 per annum, depending on your experience, plus an Essential Car User Allowance.
