They will maintain accurate case files, assist in implementing care plans, and promote educational activities, while ensuring the welfare and safeguarding of all residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Maintain open communication channels, ensuring transparency and trust with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote education, personal growth, and social development
  • Support the daily routine, including meal preparation, medication administration, and escorting residents to appointments

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in working with children and young people, with a passion for making a positive impact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Valid full driving license, essential for transporting residents

Estimated Salary: 24,000 - 27,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. Benefits include overtime pay, generous annual leave, company pension scheme, and more.
