Therapeutic Care Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering tailored therapeutic care to children and young people, working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each child are met.\
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.\
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young people, promoting their growth and recovery.\
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.\\

Requirements:

  • \
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in the care sector, preferably in a therapeutic or support role.\
  • A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.\\
