Residential Team Leader

Cpl UK - Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Residential Manager to lead and manage a dedicated care team in one of our children's homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality support for young people with complex emotional needs.
About the Role:
This is a fulfilling opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the home, including operations, compliance with Ofsted standards, and regulatory requirements. Your leadership skills will be crucial in recruiting, supervising, and mentoring staff to ensure they are well-supported and motivated to provide outstanding care. You will also develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the emotional, educational, and social needs of the children.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience as a Residential Manager in a children's home or similar care environment. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it) is essential. Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding regulations is also necessary. Excellent leadership and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving, are required. A genuine passion for helping young people and creating a supportive environment is essential.
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
