Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Analyst to join our Change and Delivery team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving business improvements and ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop business cases and proposals for improvements, clearly outlining benefits, costs, and impacts on the organization.
  • Support project managers in facilitating smooth project delivery, translating analysis findings into actionable project plans, and defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan and oversee end-to-end testing of changes, working with project managers, business managers, and sponsors to ensure appropriateness.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the energy, utilities, sales, or related sectors.
  • English & Maths GCSE Grades A-C (other qualifications are advantageous).
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, particularly in areas such as sales, customer services, billing, and data management.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • High experience using spreadsheets, design tools, and planning systems.
  • Previous experience with project management working on multiple projects is preferred.
  • Must be able to work with Microsoft Office suite of software e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with PMO tools (Jira, MS Project, Monday.com) and IT CRM systems is advantageous.

Estimated Salary Range: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
