Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Operational Analyst to join our team at Ruby Electricity Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, enhanced business effectiveness, and improved customer experiences.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring the alignment of initiatives with business goals, and developing business cases and proposals for improvements.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop business cases and proposals for improvements, clearly outlining benefits, costs, and impacts on the organisation.
  • Project Support & Delivery:
    • Support project managers and teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects.
    • Translate analysis findings into actionable project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and priorities.
